During our hardest times with infertility, it meant so much to work with knowledgable and honest doctors and nurses who are also compassionate. Through every challenge and hurdle, the whole team at MRM were champions in our corner. We started working with MRM in the Summer of 2023, and in the initial appointments, I was afraid of the unknowns—tests, treatments, and what the future might hold. However, I always left feeling like the procedures weren't as bad as I was expecting and more hopeful than when I arrived. Dr. Hines and Marty are really good about walking through every step of what they're doing, as well as sharing current research. We initially started with 3 IUIs, but when those treatments did not work, we realized we would likely need IVF. Our journey was full of so many disappointments and moments where we did not know if we would ever reach our goal. Through it all, the whole team was there to hug us when we were hopeless and in tears, and they were also there to help guide us towards the best steps for us to move forward. Their belief in us, encouragement, and knowledge of evidence based practice always gave us the faith to keep trying. I also loved that they offered a wholistic approach through Paradigm, with the modern medicine at MRM. In addition to our treatments, I went to acupuncture, spoke to the nutritionist, and attended the support group meetings. The staff at Paradigm is wonderful too. Not only did I learn so much about my body throughout this time, but these resources assisted me in achieving physical and emotional support that I believe were crucial to our journey. Thanks to MRM, we’ll be welcoming our greatest miracle into the world this October. I truly believe God led us to this team, and they became like a family to us. There are no words for how grateful we are that we entrusted our family’s future to this incredible clinic.

We are forever grateful to Dr. Hines, Dr. Marty, and the entire team at MRM for helping us grow our family. Our journey began with a male factor CBAVD diagnosis. From the very beginning, Dr. Hines was incredibly thorough, ensuring we addressed any potential obstacles before starting IVF. Because of my symptoms, he recommended exploratory surgery- and in doing so, not only removed a polyp found during my initial SHG but also discovered and treated a uterine septum. His attention to detail and proactive care made all the difference. Despite having a lower egg reserve for my age, we ultimately created two embryos. Our first transfer blessed us with our beautiful daughter, who is now 2.5 years old, and our second transfer was also successful. We just recently “graduated” from the clinic at 8 weeks pregnant, completing this incredible chapter of our lives. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Hines, Dr. Marty, the nurses, embryologists, and office staff provided compassionate, dedicated care every step of the way. They treated us like family, celebrated our milestones, and supported us through every challenge. We truly love them and couldn’t be more thankful for everything they’ve done for us.
